This 2 piece set of platter and trivet is made of a woven wicker-type material of wood with a straw binding wrapped around  it. The trivet is oval shaped and has has a very simple flower pattern and measures 9 1/4″ L X 7 1/4″ W X 5/8″ thick.  The platter has a more intricate flower pattern with verigated layers. The bottom of the pattern is woven into a star-shaped pattern It measures 16″ W across X 2 1/2 ” H X 2″ deep. The brim around the whole platter is 2″ W.  The trivet shows some wear but in good condition. The platter is in excellent condition.
