This vintage flat rolo chain necklace was manufactured by “Emmons” A rare find. It is gold plate over silver (non-tarnish). The tag at the end near clasp is stamped Emmons. This company made jewelry a whole line in the late 1940’s – early 1950’s. Then in 1955 the company changed it’s name to “Sarah Coventry” and continued to manufacture the line of jewelry until 1981 when the company ceased to produce jewelry. This particular necklace chain was popular in the 1960’s. It is a beautiful piece. No signs of wear. It measures 18″ long and is 1.50 mm Wide. Excellent condition. Well taken care of.
