This jar comes with it’s original lid. The glass container reads “Burma Shave” in raise lettering with a ribbed texture around the rest of the jar. On the bottom of the jar also in raised lettering reads:  around the perimeter “Burma Vita Company, Minneapolis, Minn.” and on the inside of that it reads: “Hand Made USA – 14 oz. Net – V15”. The lid is a little rusty but intact with writing printed on the top: “Burma Shave brushless with lanolin for heavy beards and tender skins.” The sides of the lid has Minneapolis, Minn. printed on it. The jar w/lid measures 3 1/2″ H x 3 1/2″ W across. Very good condition for it’s age.
