Dulcie is a RARE doll by artist Seymour Mann. She is  a beautiful little girl and is one of my favorites is Mr. Mann’s collection. Look at the details in her hand painted face. Almost angelic. She has a shy little grin as she shows off her pretty white lace dress, her Easter bonnet and the Easter bunny. She is wearing white stockings and shoes as well. She has a porcelain head, arms and legs. Stuffed body and is poseable. She is 19″ tall and comes with a certificate of authenticity and comes in original box. Excellent condition.
