This Carousel horse plays an Irish tune. It sits on a wood base. No markings. Horse is ceramic material and hand painted. Key is on bottom. Oval base measures 6″ long by 3 1/2″ wide. and the whole sculpture and base measures 8″ tall on tallest part. It is in excellent condition.
