“Scootles” is the younger version of the standard Kewpie Doll for Quality Art Cameo Doll by Jesco, Inc. Artist Shirley Pepys of Noel Joana, Inc. This cute little girl has molded hair and a curl in the center of her forehead. She is poseable and all made of a hard rubber material. She has a dimple on her chin and both cheeks. She is adorable and wears a jumper and little Mary Jane shoes. Markings on back of her head has a date of 1964 and states Jesco/Cameo. She is 12 inches tall and is in excellent condition.
